It was necessary to develop a system for support services, which provides quick and convenient communication with clients. This system should have a fast interface and allow to view requested updates in real-time.
- Operators should be given the opportunity to handle requests sent by the client.
- The system should automatically handle email answers from support service workers.
- Ability to view statistics, both operator's work, and theme requests.
